Andy is our farm manager. Andy plays a leading role in the wider farming community and regularly contributes to the national debate about farming and the environment. Andy leads Newhouse’s role as a LEAF Demonstration Farm.

At Newhouse, Andy leads our approach to enhance the environment and to share our experience with local neighbours and the wider farming community. Andy has introduced a number of agronomic and technological trials to the Farm.

Andy’s particular passion is the agro-forestry project and the preservation of wildlife.

Matt drills and fertilises our crops and is FACTS qualified. Matt and his wife, Natalie, manage the sheep flock, annually lambing 50 ewes which graze on a combination of grass and herbal leys. With Sam, Matt manages our woodland which supplies the three biomass boilers.

Sam is our chief sprayer operator, working with three independent agronomists to protect our arable crops. Sam works with Matt to manage the woodland and is responsible for managing the wild deer population. Sam is in charge of our herd of Gloucester Old Spot pigs and of meat production.

Natalie looks after our sheep flock and also runs a forest school at Newhouse.

Ian and Victoria own Newhouse Farm.

Zoe looks after our website and social media and organises and promotes our events.
